1. Acceptance of terms

By using Match Catcher, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and authorized to act on behalf of your organization when using business features. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Service scope

Match Catcher provides employer-match analysis and workflow tools based on submitted data and third-party sources. Output is informational and may require your team's verification before donor outreach.

4. Customer data and permissions

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload donor data and use it for matching-gift analysis and related outreach. You retain ownership of your data, and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and display it in order to provide the service.

5. Account security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

6. Fees, billing, and taxes

Paid features and one-time purchases are billed as described at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and charges based on your selected services.

Any refund commitments or guarantees are governed by the offer terms displayed at purchase.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized data collection, security abuse, reverse engineering, or misuse that could disrupt platform operations.

• Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell service output at scale.
• Do not use the service to violate applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The service, software, design, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Except for limited rights granted under these terms, no license is granted by implication.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates legal risk, or harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Match Catcher is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
